220 g special risotto rice
4 chicken breasts
80 g fresh goat
1 onion
10 cl of white wine
1 l hot chicken stock
5 basil leaves, minced
1 handful of sesame seeds
1 knob of butter
1 olive oil net
salt and pepper
Preparation Risotto chicken, goat and Basil
1 Cut chicken into cubes white and brown them in butter for 2 minutes. Add sesame seeds, pour broth and boil over.
