500g cherry tomatoes
1 red pepper
garlic
salt
pepper
olive oil
20-25cl heavy cream
120g grated parmesan
Parma ham or chorizo
Preparation Verrines Italian Parmesan
Sauté garlic in olive oil, add the cherry tomatoes with pepper peeled beforehand. Salt and pepper. Heat until a compote. Pour into glasses. Heat the cream with the Parmesan cheese until smooth. Pour Parmesan on top. Put 2 hours in refrigerator. Before serving add the ham on top.
